Polas are the raw truth. No make-up, no retouching, no dramatic light — agencies want to see what you really look like, because that's the basis they cast on.

That's why the setup is deliberately minimal: a plain, close-fitting outfit so the silhouette stays legible. No make-up, or only very subtle make-up, so the skin texture stays visible. Neutral light. The only post-processing is highlights, shadows and the crop — no skin retouching, no alteration.

The session is the shortest format on offer: around an hour in the studio, several standard poses; we settle the selection and the crop together. Many combine polas directly with a sedcard shoot — one session, both tools.
